distance/virtual reiki sessions are just as powerful as in-person reiki sessions. our energies aren't actually separate; on a physical level we look like individuals, but spiritually we're all part of one connected field. energy moves with intention, and as a trained reiki master i'm attuned to the distance healing symbol that lets reiki travel across space and time. think of it like wi-fi or a cell signal — you can't see it, but you absolutely feel it. during a session, we connect by phone or video, you settle somewhere quiet and comfortable, and the energy flows to you wherever you are. many clients actually prefer it — they get to soften into their own bed, cry without performing, and stay wrapped in the experience long after we hang up.

we start with a short check-in so i understand what you're moving through. then you lie down somewhere comfortable, close your eyes, and breathe. i guide the energy for roughly 25–50 minutes (depending on amount of time booked) while you rest (think of it as an energetic massage). afterward, we close with a few minutes to share anything that came up — sensations, images, emotions, or simply how your body feels.

very little. the most important thing is to stay open. and then prepare a quiet space where you won't be interrupted, headphones or a speaker, a blanket if you get cold, and water nearby. wear something soft. that's it.

most people feel deeply relaxed, lighter, more spacious. some feel emotional, some feel energized, some sleep better than they have in months. it's common to keep processing for a day or two afterward — drink water, move gently, and give yourself room to process everything.

once you add to cart and pay, you will receive an email that will include a link to schedule a time that works for us both.

no — reiki supports your nervous system alongside any care you're already receiving. it isn't a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.
